Meet the Founder
My journey into natural skincare began long before I ever imagined creating my own line of products.
Growing up on a small farm in Krakow, Wisconsin, I was surrounded by simple ingredients and a natural way of life. As a teenager, I often experimented with homemade face masks made from fresh eggs from our chickens, oatmeal, and honey. Even then, I was fascinated by how natural ingredients could nourish and care for the skin.
Years later, that early curiosity grew into a deeper passion. I became a licensed esthetician in Florida and continued my education by studying natural skincare formulation and the science behind botanical ingredients. Over time I filled notebooks with research, ingredient studies, and carefully developed formulas — a habit I still keep today.
Each product in the So Nourishing collection is thoughtfully formulated with carefully selected ingredients, measured precisely and blended at the proper temperatures to preserve their natural benefits.
A visit to Arizona further shaped my inspiration. While spending time in the desert with a friend, I became captivated by the prickly pear cactus. In one of the driest climates in the country, this remarkable plant produces vibrant flowers and fruit because it naturally retains moisture.
The oil derived from prickly pear is incredibly rich in vitamins, antioxidants, and skin-loving nutrients. That discovery stayed with me and ultimately became the inspiration behind my formulations.
Today, prickly pear oil is the first ingredient in every product I create.
From my early experiments on a Wisconsin farm to the inspiration of the Arizona desert, So Nourishing was created to offer thoughtfully crafted skincare rooted in nature and designed to help your skin feel healthy, balanced, and beautifully nourished.
